Raffle Drawing Updates
First stages of drawing
This was progress before learning about the death of my friend.
Progress on drawing after learning of my friends death.
Hello dear friends and salutations!
I hope warm sunshine has met you on this day. If you don't already know I recently held two raffle drawings last month with two winners each receiving an original signed and personalized drawing of mine. The in-progress photos and final drawings will be updated here regularly as I work on them. I have two jobs outside of art-making, so it's a crazy juggling act. The two winners will be revealed here once the two drawings are complete . I know, I know. I'm keeping you in suspense. I'm awful. (wink, wink) However, keep an eye out for raffles and special invitations in the future.
I have been facing two factors with this first raffle drawing. One, this is the second time I am using this particular paper, so I have been going through a bit of a learning curve. Which is normal and fine. So if you entered the raffle do not fret! I'm excited about the drawings and I assure you should also be excited. The second major and very heavy factor is last week a friend and co-worker unexpecently left this life. Dealing with this devastating event has meant a lot of crying and many many questions forever unanswered and consuming me. With this being said, I send each of you an abundance of love and admiration for you, and all of your love ones in your life now and to come.
Xoxox,
Jes
